Anxiety Disorder

Many people experience periods of intense worry, unease, or a sense of being overwhelmed. These feelings can affect clarity, confidence, sleep, and the ability to stay grounded in daily life.

Anxiety often shows up as:

  • a tightness in the chest or stomach
  • a restless or unsettled feeling
  • difficulty focusing
  • a sense of dread or anticipation
  • physical tension
  • racing thoughts
  • a feeling of being “on alert”

These experiences can be exhausting, and for many people, they seem to appear without warning or clear cause.

How Rone® approaches anxiety

Rone® works differently from approaches that focus on analysing thoughts or exploring past events. Instead, it works directly with the felt emotional response, the physical sensation that accompanies anxious feelings.

Clients do not need to:

  • explain their history
  • revisit difficult memories
  • analyse their thoughts
  • or describe what triggered the anxiety

They simply notice how the feeling shows up in the body. This makes the process gentle, fast, and suitable for people who prefer not to talk about their experiences.

Releasing the emotional charge

Anxiety often has an emotional “charge” behind it, a physical intensity that keeps the mind looping and the body on alert. Rone® focuses on releasing that charge. When it is removed, the mind naturally settles and clarity returns.

A single extended session

A full Rone® session lasts between three and five hours. This allows enough time to work through the emotional layers that may come from both early life and later experiences. Most clients require only one session, followed by a brief check‑in two weeks later.

A technique you can use yourself

During the session, clients learn a simple two‑minute technique they can use whenever anxious feelings arise in the future. This restores autonomy and gives people a practical way to stay grounded.

A different way forward

Rone® does not replace medical or psychological care. It is a non‑clinical method designed to help people release the emotional charge behind difficult feelings so they can move forward with greater ease and stability.
